2/1/2005 - Alan Brown, MD, FACS chosen as National CK Instructor

Wilmington, NC (Feb. 2005) Alan Brown, MD, FACS, of Brown Harris Laser Eye Care, recently taught a Conductive Keratoplsty (CK) certification course in Phoenix to surgeons from around the nation. Refractec, manufacturer of the CK equipment and leader in radio frequency technology for vision correction, invited Dr. Brown to instruct based on his success with CK patients. This FDA approved procedure helps patients over 40 regain their up close vision without compromising their distance vision allowing them to again see a dinner menu, a price tag or a cell phone without depending on reading glasses.
